Evening Virtual First Time Home Buyer Workshop (2 sessions)

As a HUD approved housing counseling agency, DMCC offers a home buyer workshop. If you are a first time home buyer (or have not owned a home for at least three years), you could be eligible for down payment assistance when purchasing a home. Attending this virtual workshop and participating in a 2 hour counseling session with one of our counselors (over the telephone) will meet most program requirements.

In this series of workshops, we will teach you the ins and outs to help you through this process. You must attend the two sessions to obtain your certificate of completion.

Sessions are scheduled on:

1. July 20, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm

2. July 22, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
