ISO Certification

Debt Management Credit Counseling Corporation is proud to announce that we are compliant with ISO standards. ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) is a non-governmental organization established in 1947 to create multi-national standards for the development and implementation of products and services across hundreds of thousands of markets. Be it industrial, technical or business operations, ISO, which is made up of 130 international standards institutes, is the global leader in making the development, manufacturing and supply of products and services more efficient and safe. ISO standards also serve to protect and assure consumers by allowing us to display our commitment to the provision of services that are efficient and safe. What do we mean by “standards,” you ask? We refer to documented agreements containing specifications and other criteria to be used consistently as rules or guidelines that ensure our services are fit for our business purpose and for your benefit.

The ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 families are among ISO’s most widely known and successful standards. ISO 9000 has become an international reference for quality requirements in business-to-business dealings and is concerned with “quality management,” or what the organization does to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting requirements to continually improve its performance. Our certification, ISO 9001:2000, specifies the requirements of a quality management system for any organization that needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide a product or service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction. It is now the only standard in the ISO 9000 family against whose requirements our quality system can be certified by an external agency. As always, we here at Debt Management Credit Counseling Corp. strive to make life a little easier for you, our client, and promise to continue doing so. Additionally, DMCC is certified as compliant with the credit counseling code of conduct.
