DMCC is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Our goal is to provide you education, counseling and other services to improve your financial literacy and assist you in the management of your personal finances.

If you have been denied a loan, or offered a loan with unfavorable terms, DMCC can help you improve your credit worthiness and qualify for loans on more beneficial terms. As a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency, DMCC has helped many individuals and families qualify for home mortgages and other loans.

Our Loan Qualification Assistance program will provide you a written analysis of your financial situation, including key loan factors such as affordability, debt ratios and credit scores, and an action plan to improve your ability to obtain a loan.
