November Series – Virtual First Time Home Buyer Workshop

This workshop series will be hosted in two sessions: First session is on November 5, 2022, second session is on November 12, 2022, both sessions are from 9am to 12pm.
It is a requirement to participate in both sessions to receive your certificate of completion.
As a HUD approved housing counseling agency, DMCC offers a home buyer workshop. If you are a first time home buyer (or have not owned a home for at least three years), you could be eligible for down payment assistance when purchasing a home. Attending this virtual workshop and participating in a 2 hour counseling session with one of our counselors (over the telephone) will meet most program requirements.
