Virtual First Time Home Buyer Workshop

As a HUD approved housing counseling agency, DMCC offers a virtual home buyer workshop. If you are a first time home buyer (or have not owned a home for at least three years), you could be eligible for down payment assistance when purchasing a home. Attending one of our workshops and participating in a 2 hour counseling session with one of our counselors (either in person or over the telephone) will meet most program requirements.
