Accreditation. DMCC continues to invest time and
money to implement new systems for our clientele. In 2001,
DMCC became an ISO 9001:2000 Registered Organization, thus
assuring that we have implemented and effectively maintain
a Quality Management System focused on customer and creditor
satisfaction, and the continuous improvement of our services.
- What
is ISO 9001:2000? International Standards Organization
(ISO) 9001 is a set of standards for quality management systems
that is accepted around the world. Currently more than 90
countries have adopted ISO 9001 as national standards. When
you purchase a product or receive service from an organization
that is registered with the appropriate ISO 9001 standard,
you have an assurance that the quality of what you receive
will be as you expect.
- Registration
to the ISO 9001 family of standards is not a simple undertaking.
Not only did we undergo a rigorous registration audit of our
entire Quality Management System (QMS) by an accredited independent
third party auditing agency, we will continue to be audited
bi-annually for the first three years of our registration.
Every five years, the ISO 9001 standard is reviewed and updated
thereby necessitating the continuous auditing of our QMS. Continue
