Access to Your Account Online. Our state-of-the-art system allows clients to access their account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our web site. You can sign in with your private user name and password and enjoy a variety of features. You can make a payment online, add or remove a creditor from your account, and access your own personal DMCC email address. In order to protect your privacy, DMCC will send you email updates and notifications to this email address.

Various
Payment Options. To help facilitate the payment process,
DMCC provides nine different payment options: Money Orders
and Institutional Checks, MoneyGram ExpressPayment, Western
Union Quick Collect, Military Allotments, Automatic ACH Withdrawals,
Online WebPay, Telephone System, Pay-By-Phone via Live DMCC Representative,
and Personal Checks.

Daily
Disbursement of Payments. Unlike most consumer
credit counseling service agencies, DMCC disburses payments
immediately after receiving and processing them. While other
credit counseling agencies may hold a client's funds for
as long as 30 days (commonly referred to as "floating”),
it is our policy to disburse monies immediately, thus enabling
the client to maintain a current payment status.

Quarterly Newsletter. We provide a free quarterly
newsletter to all of our clients. This newsletter is full
of useful information about the DMCC DMP and about financial
issues that are important to our clients. In the newsletter
you will receive money saving tips, advice from our financial
director, quizzes that test your financial knowledge, and
letters from our executive director. You can also access
